Returns Policy

Unwanted, damaged or faulty items can be returned within 28 days. They must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

We will not accept any returns after 28 days of receipt of your goods and without a prior agreement.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us for a valid returns reference number. We will also require a copy of your invoice / delivery note along with your reasons for the return.

The customer pays the return postage, but must be sent by recorded delivery or tracked courier service (this is not refundable). A refund will be given for the item(s) but not the postage, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please return the item(s) to DG Supplyline Ltd, 122-124 Prince Avenue, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex SS0 0NW.

Items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.

Claims for damage or shortages must be notified by telephone and also in writing / email to DG SUPPLYLINE LTD within 3 working days.

Please note that gaskets & seals are a non-returnable product. The reason for this is that gaskets are cut to specific lengths, and therefore cannot be re-sold to other customers.
