Exactly what was required. Good quality. However, delay in product delivery was less impressive. No confirmation of delivery times or explanation as to why there was a delay in delivery meant that I had no idea as to whether the product order had been accepted or despatched or when to expect it.

Efficient delivery and easy fix for 2 failed tilt latches. This supplier was virtually the only one selling this type of latch. Make sure you order the correct size by measuring distance between two prongs on the latch you are replacing otherwise locked sash window will not be draught proof.
