Maco Tech 100 door restrictor stay with a hold-open facility. Can be fitted to many types of door made from uPVC, aluminium and timber.
Available with a 12mm air-gap (standard version) or 4-12mm air-gap (slim version).

A great improvement on the anonymous stay it replaced. It keeps the door open against any modest breeze. It was the only one I could find that was low enough to fit the gap.
Easy to install, though for non-trades people a guide to placement would be useful.
