Introducing Hautau Tilt and Slide Door Repair Kit

A commonly required replacement part for older Hautau Atrium 150/180 ZLK systems is the clamp fitting corner drive (159264). Hautau Atrium ZLK system tilt & slide doors used 3 of these corners on each door, and we see a lot of these which have failed over their years of use.

Since the corner drive is no longer available, our team has put together a Hautau tilt and slide corner repair kit solution to get around the issue. This kit consists of equivalent parts from the current Alu-HKS 200 system, containing 3 x ZL corner drives and compatible top stay arms.

A Solution For Obsolete Corner Parts

The good news is that the rest of the existing perimeter gearing and handle can be reused. There is no need to replace everything, we have created the perfect kit. The 3 corner drives and stay arms will be switched out to the newer versions. The top track gliders, which the stay arms connect into, can also be reused as they will work the same with the newer stay arms.

The older ZL system positioned two corners at the top, one on each side, and one at the bottom. The alternative parts position two corners at the bottom and just one at the top — see layout diagram below to help with installation.
